Since September I’ve been living out of hotels and Airbnbs. Motivated by a desire to take advantage of remote work options and avoiding Canadian winter, I’ve now been out of my home for a full six months. Without my trusty Aarke, and still hopelessly addicted to fizzy water, I set out to create the definitive rank of (grocery store) sparkling waters.

Bonus: Ranch Water became my go to fizzy cocktail, an easy to make after work drink for combating the desert heat.
- 8 oz. Topo Chico, Twist of Lime
- 2 oz. Tequila
- 1 Tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1/4 Wedge of lime for garnish
